Amer High-efficiency and Energy-saving Heat Transfer Fluid DR300

       This product is carefully prepared by high-quality and efficient base oil with a variety of special additives added. It is superior to mineral oil products in some characteristics, for example, its service life is several times that of ordinary mineral oil. Its excellent quality conforms to the national standard GB23971-2009.

Major Advantages:

       1.Appropriate viscosity: low viscosity heat transfer medium is conducive to high heat transfer coefficient in turbulent state, and has a good pumpability at low temperature, making the pumping device easy to start.

       2.Higher specific heat and thermal conductivity are conducive to achieving a better thermal efficiency.

       3.Excellent resistance to high and low temperature and sound viscosity-temperature performance: it is featured by small change in viscosity with temperature, excellent fluidity at low temperature, high flash point and self-ignition point, high thermal decomposition temperature, and super flame resistance, meeting the requirement of high service temperature of 300℃ in the pipe.

       4.Superior chemical stability and thermal stability: it has extremely low volatility, good thermal oxidation stability and extremely long service life.

Main Application:

       It applies to closed and open liquid-phase heat conduction systems where the maximum service temperature is not higher than 300℃.

Precautions:

         1. It should be stored indoors; if stored in the open air, the barrel should be placed horizontally to prevent the mark on the barrel from water immersion and submersion.

        2. This product should be prevent from water and foreign matter contamination, otherwise it will lead to deterioration and failure.

        3. It is not recommended to mix with other oils to prevent deterioration of its performance.
