       This product is non-mineral heat transfer oil which is suitable for heat conduction/heat exchange at a high temperature of 280℃ to 350℃ in a heat transfer oil furnace under normal pressure. With outstanding thermal stability, it can guarantee reliable operation for several years even under high temperature operation. It is superior to mineral oil products in some characteristics, for example, its service life is 7 to 12 years. Its quality conforms to the national standard GB/T23971.


Major Advantages

       1.Appropriate viscosity: low viscosity heat transfer medium is conducive to high heat transfer coefficient in turbulent state, and has a good pumpability at low temperature, making the pumping device easy to start. Higher specific heat and thermal conductivity are conducive to achieving a better thermal efficiency.

       2.Excellent resistance to high and low temperature and sound viscosity-temperature performance: it is featured by small change in viscosity with temperature, excellent fluidity at low temperature, high flash point and self-ignition point, high thermal decomposition temperature, and strong flame resistance, meeting the requirement of high service temperature of 300℃ and allowing to reach a maximum film temperature of 375℃.

       3.Superior chemical stability and thermal stability: it has extremely low volatility, good thermal oxidation stability and extremely long service life of 7 to 12 years. Outstanding radiation resistance and compatibility with rubber seal.

Precautions:

        1.It should be stored indoors; if stored in the open air, the barrel should be placed horizontally to prevent the mark on the barrel from water immersion and submersion.

        2.This product should be prevent from water and foreign matter contamination, otherwise it will lead to deterioration and failure.

        3.It is not recommended to mix with other oils to prevent deterioration of its performance.
