Special membrane scale inhibitor for reclaimed water recycling 

Product brief introduction:

The product is a special scale inhibitor for the membrane system, which is mainly applicable to the reclaimed water and used to control 

the scaling caused by calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and iron oxide precipitation. It can extend the system cleaning period, 

extend the service life of membrane and reduce the cost. It can effectively control the inorganic scales within a big concentration range, 

and with no acid added, the allowable value of LSI does not exceed 3.0.

Product advantages: 

The product has good solubility and stability, and is effective with the feed water PH value within 5-10. 

With very high scale inhibition ability, the product can be used for all types of membrane tubes to reduce the scaling phenomenon 

and the cleaning frequency of membrane tubes. 

Applicable Scope:

It is applicable to reverse osmosis (RO), nano-filtration (NF), ultra-filtration (UF) and various membrane separation systems. 

Instructions:

The product is recommended to add to the intake in front of the security filter continuously, and the recommended working concentration 

is 2-8ppm. The specific dosage needs to be adjusted according to the water quality and temperature change. When preparing the solution, 

it needs to fully stir the solution for 15-20min, and when diluting in proportion, it needs to use RO effluent or desalted water. 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
