RO Membrane Reductant 

Performance advantages: 

Before the raw water enters RO equipment for pre-processing, the intake water is usually chlorinated to impede the growth of 

microorganism, but the residual chlorine will irreversibly oxidize and damage RO membrane. The active ingredients in this product 

can quickly decompose the residual chlorine, without oxidizing the protective film, which extends the service life of the film and reduces the cost. 

Performance advantages: 

1. With good solubility and stability, the product is used to remove the residual chlorine and other oxidizing substances in the membrane system intake, 

and it can be used for all types of membrane tubes to reduce the cleaning frequency of membrane tubes. 

Main Application:

It is applicable to reverse osmosis (RO), nano-filtration (NF), ultra-filtration (UF) and various membrane separation systems. 

Instructions:

The product is recommended to add to the intake in front of the security filter continuously, and the dosage depends on the amount of residual chlorine in the water. 

In general, 2ppm agent is required to remove 1ppm residual chlorine, with the maximum diluted concentration of 20%. 

The diluent must be used up within one week, because the oxygen will deactivate the product. When diluting in proportion, it needs to use RO effluent or desalted water. 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
