Industrial Cleaning Fluid 

Product brief introduction:

Prepared by multiple active agent, acidic salt, corrosion inhibitor and other constituents, the product can quickly remove and dissolve 

the water scale, rust scale and other deposits in various heat-exchange equipment and pipelines, and meanwhile, it can form a protective film 

on the metallic surface to prevent rapid formation of metal scale and water scale; and can remove the thin dirt layer, dirt and bacteria 

as well as plaque on the surface of various equipment and health facilities. 

Performance advantages: 

1. The product is a widely used chemical cleaning fluid, which can remove various types of dirt, such as calcium carbonate type, 

calcium sulfate type, iron oxide type and mixed type, and have a high solubility to all kinds of water scale and deposits. In addition, 

the product has an excellent corrosion inhibition effect on steel, copper and other metal materials. In normal temperature conditions, 

the inhibition rate of metal is not greater than 1mm/year, with an excellent ability to inhibit the steel from absorbing hydrogen during 

cleaning and inhibit the iron ions from accelerated corrosion. 

Main Application:

It is applicable for the cleaning of carbon steel, low alloy steel, copper and other metals as well as connecting structures of different materials, 

such as cooler, heater, reactor, reservoir, cooling system of internal combustion engine, water supply and drainage pipelines, air-conditioning system 

and other equipment. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical engineering, mechanical, power, post and telecommunications, 

transportation, light industry, culture and education, hygiene and other industries. 

Instructions:

In accordance with the degree of dirt, the product is added to the system with an appropriate amount, generally 10% based on the retention capacity of the system. 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
