Seawater Desalting Special Defoaming Agent 

Product Brief Introduction:

Seawater Desalting Special Defoaming Agent is the modified polyglycol ether efficient defoaming 

agent polymerized through the special technology particularly for seawater freezing, electroosmosis, 

distilling, reverse osmosis as well as ammonium carbonate ions exchange and other technologies in 

seawater desalting process. It has the excellent effect on plenty of foams caused by the large quantity 

of active organic substance in seawater desalting process, and it's the effective product for control the 

foams and breakage in seawater distilling. It's an efficient defoaming agent that can adapt to the high 

temperature, strong base and heavy salt viscous system. It has the good compatibility with the most of scale inhibitor, 

germicidal agent etc. It will not be affected by temperature and pH value and can fast realize the defoaming and 

long-term anti-foaming. It's advantaged by high speed defoaming, long-term anti-foaming, 

low consumption and no toxicity, hazard and adverse side effect.

Main Application:

It applies to the water treatment system in seawater desalting links and can be used for the defoaming 

of reverse osmosis process, low temperature multi-effect, multistage flash evaporation, electrodialysis process, vapor compression distillation (VCD), 

dew point evaporation, dual-purpose power and water plant, dual-purpose of heat and membrane as well as the defoaming of applying nuclear energy, solar energy, 

wind energy and tidal energy to realize seawater desalting.

Instructions:

The product can be directly used and diluted for use (1~100 folds). The adding amount is 0.001%~0.01% 

and the optimal amount needs testing. The product needs immediately using in case of diluting and is better to be used off the same day.

Package and Storage:

25kg plastic barrel, the product is better to be placed in ventilated and dry place with the valid period of 12 months.
