Electroplate Cleaning Special Defoaming Agent

Product Brief Introduction:

The product is mainly made of modified polyglycol ether, polydimethylsiloxane, supported with fatty alcohol, 

aliphatic ester, polyol ester etc. and polymerized through the special technology. It's advantaged by capacity 

of removing the stubborn foams generated by surface additives and can defoam stably under the condition 

of strong acid, strong base and high temperature and can adapt to different technical requirements of electroplating 

cleaning machine, such as acoustic cleaning machine, cleaning machine for automatic assembly line, 

large-sized industry cleaning machine etc. It will generate oil spot, color spot and rust scale on electroplating cleaning part. 

It's advantaged by high speed defoaming, long-term anti-foaming, high efficiency and no toxicity, corrosion and adverse side effect.

Main Application:

It applies to electroplate cleaning systems and can be used for the defoaming of steel plate cleaning, degreaser, 

defatted powder, degreasing powder for alkaline aluminum parts, common coating and cleaning, electroplated 

parts cleaning, stainless steel cleaning, high pressure spray cleaning, spray degreasing and cleaning, industry 

water treatment, chemical cleaning etc.

Instructions:

It can be directly used and diluted for use. The adding amount of defoaming agent shall be 0.005%~0.05% 

of total amount and the optimal amount needs testing. The product needs immediately using in case of diluting 

and is not better to be stored for a long time otherwise the layered demulsification and other problems affecting product quality may occur. 

Package and storage: 25kg plastic barrel, the product is better to be placed in ventilated and dry place with the valid period of 12 months.
