Metal Cleaning Special Defoaming Agent

Product Brief Introduction:

The Metal Cleaning Special Defoaming Agent is a new efficient defoaming agent made of modified 

polyglycol ether, polydimethylsiloxane, fatty alcohol, fatty acid ester etc. and polymerized through 

the special technology. The product is easy to soluble in water without floating oil or precipitation, 

especially suitable for keeping the excellent defoaming and anti-foaming effect under the condition 

of high temperature, strong acid-base, high shear force and high pressure. Capable of good resistance 

to high temperature and acid-base, good compatibility and transparency, it has no floating, demulsification and precipitation in 

the system and can be extensively used for defoaming and anti-foaming in harsh systems within the greatly wide of temperature range.

Main application: 

It applies to organic substance foaming system and can be used for the defoaming of metal cleaning, chemical cleaning, 

industry cleaning agent, cleaning appliance, pesticide products, biopharmaceutical system, low foam carpet water, 

beer bottle cleaning agent, chemical industry cleaning agent, electroplating cleaning, hardware cleaning, degreasing powder, 

dispergator, toilet detergent and other links.

Application method: it can be directly used and diluted for use. The adding amount of defoaming agent shall be 0.05%~0.5% 

of total amount and the optimal amount needs testing. The product needs immediately using in case of diluting and is 

not better to be stored for a long time otherwise the layered demulsification and other problems affecting product quality may occur. 

Package and storage: 25kg plastic barrel, the product is better to be placed in ventilated and dry place with the valid period of 12 months.
