Pulping and Papermaking Special Defoaming Agent 

The Pulping and Papermaking Special Defoaming Agent is a new paper pulp special defoaming agent 

by taking the special silicone polyether as the main component and supported by the efficient additives 

with good dispersion for synthesis. It's significantly featured by the resistance to high temperature and strong base, 

and can fast defoam under the condition of high temperature and strong base and inhibit foam enduringly. 

It applies to the pulp filtering, washing, bleaching and water treatment in papermaking process. 

The defoaming agent used for papermaking has the strong defoaming and anti-foaming effect on white water, can fast remove the small foams between fibers and foams suspending 

on the surface of pulp, dissolve in air of pulp and eliminate the big foams on the surface of water and relieve 

the impact of foam on papermaking process, avoid the holes and reduce the paper breaking.

Main Application:

It applies to soda pulping, papermaking and pulp washing, neutral pulping, papermaking and pulp washing, 

pulp rinsing, screening, bleaching, water treatment, black pulp washing of pulp industry etc., and applies 

to plant fiber pulp production of bamboo pulp, bagasse pulp and paper pulp. 

Instructions:

It can be directly used and diluted for use. The adding amount of defoaming agent shall be 0.08%~0.5% 

of total amount and the optimal amount needs testing. The product needs immediately using in case of diluting 

and is not better to be stored for a long time otherwise the layered demulsification and other problems affecting product quality may occur. 

Package and Storage:

25kg plastic barrel, the product is better to be placed in ventilated and dry place with the valid period of 12 months.
