Papermaking and Coating Special Defoaming Agent
Product Brief Introduction:
The Papermaking and Coating Special Defoaming Agent is composed of many organic hydroxyl compounds,
synergist and aliphatic acid ethers and other substances, and has the relatively strong defoaming and anti-foaming performance.
It does not contain the mineral substance or hydrocarbons, is favorable for environmental protection and
has the good compatibility with foaming medium and stable effect during the storage period.
It can fast and cleanly remove the plenty of hazardous foams generated by air knife and scraper coating
in the process of pumping, screening and coating of papermaking pulp.
Performance advantages:
1. It's advantaged by high speed of defoaming and long-term anti-foaming capacity.
2. With the small amount, it will not affect the basic property of foaming system.
3. It will not generate spots on paper and can prevent shrinkage cavity with the good leveling and dispersion.
4. It's advantaged by good heat resistance and stable chemical performance.
5. Its performance can be on a par with imported products but having more obvious advantages on price.
6. It has no corrosion, toxicity and adverse side effect and is noncombustible or un-explosive.
Main Application:
It's mainly designed for foaming features of water treatment in papermaking industry.
Instructions:
It can be directly used and diluted for use. The adding amount of defoaming agent shall be 0.01%~0.05%
of total amount and the optimal amount needs testing. The product needs immediately using in case
of diluting and is not better to be stored for a long time otherwise the layered demulsification and
other problems affecting product quality may occur.
Package and storage: 25kg plastic barrel, the product is better to be placed in ventilated and dry place with the valid period of 12 months.
