Amer Steel Electrolytic Degreasing Powder QX0004

Product brief introduction:

The major components of Amer Steel Electrolytic Degreasing Powder QX0004 include potassium chloride (30%-35%), 

surface active agent (8%-10%) and sodium gluconate (55%-60%). The product belongs to the strongly basic degreasing agent, 

contains multiple alkaline substances, surface active agent and additives and can fast remove the oil dirt and stains 

on the steel surface and will not corrode workpiece. 

Performance advantages: 

1. Thorough degreasing and high efficiency - the time for workpiece degreasing only needs 1-2 min to realize the fast removing and cleaning. 

2. It's environmental-friendly and no pollution - not containing phosphoric acid and no yellow smoke when working, 

it's easy and simple to conduct water treatment. 

3. Normal soaking or spraying --- it does not need heating or racking and can be operated fast and simply.

4. It's no safety risk --- the product is nonflammable and non-explosive and can be stored easily. 

Main Application:

It's mainly used for degreasing of steel and light metals. 

Instructions:

1. The product can be added into degreasing tank and stirred uniformly, and the application ratio can be adjusted according to concentration;

2. After treating a large quantity of workpieces in processing tank, if continuing to add the wax solvent or increase temperature 

cannot make the degreasing agent done smoothly, immediately replace the tank liquid.

3. When processing the workpieces, increasing temperature, spraying or circulating tank liquid can improve the degreasing effect.

Application procedure:

1. Applicable concentration: 5-8%;

2. Treatment temperature: normal temperature or increased temperature;

3. Treatment time: 3-30 min (depending on the oil dirt on the workpiece surface);

4. Treatment method: soaking or ultrasonic vibration;

Precautions:

1. The product cannot be contacted with titanium and titanium alloy workpiece; 

2. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to rinse the skin; 

3. If it contacts with eyes, immediately use plenty of clean water to rinse the upper and lower eyelids and then 

go to the ophthalmology department for treatment; 

4. The storage tank and operation site conforms to all laws and regulations in current; 

5. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place;

6. When not using it, please immediately seal the cover tightly and separate it from oxidizing agent and other incompatible substances for storage;
