Amer Alloy Electrolytic Degreasing Powder QX0005

Product brief introduction:

The major components of Amer Steel Wax Solvent QX1005 include: MEA (10%-20%), DEA (15%-25%), TEA (15%-25%), 

fatty acid (20%-30%), saponification liquid (10%-15%) and emulsifying agent (10%-15%). The product is prepared by adopting surface active agent, 

ancillary detergent and deionized water at a certain ratio. It applies the emulsion, permeating, dispersion capacity and resistance to re-settling 

of surface active agent to clean the wax dirt.

Performance advantages: 

1. It will not damage materials - the surface after dewaxing is bright as a new one. 

2. It's environmental-friendly and no pollution - not containing phosphoric acid and no yellow smoke when working, 

it's easy and simple to conduct water treatment. 

3. Normal soaking or spraying --- it does not need heating or racking and can be operated fast and simply.

4. It's no safety risk --- the product is nonflammable and non-explosive and can be stored easily. 

Main Application:

It can be widely used for degreasing, cleaning and dirt emulsion for the surface of various metal materials. 

The specific wax solvent is for each metal material and will not corrode the material surface.

Instructions:

1. The product can be added into the dewaxing tank injecting water and stirred uniformly, and the application ratio can be adjusted according to concentration; 

2. After treating a large quantity of workpieces in processing tank, if continuing to add the wax solvent or increase temperature 

cannot make the dewaxing done smoothly, immediately replace the tank liquid. When processing the workpieces, 

circulating tank liquid can improve the degreasing effect;

3. When processing the workpieces, increasing temperature, spraying or circulating tank liquid can improve the dewaxing effect. 

Application procedure:

1. Applicable concentration: 5-8%;

2. Treatment temperature: add temperature to 60º or above;

3. Treatment time: 3-10min (depending on the oil dirt on the workpiece surface);

4. Treatment method: ultrasonic vibration;

Precautions:

1. The product cannot be contacted with titanium and titanium alloy workpiece; 

2. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to rinse the skin; 

3. If it contacts with eyes, immediately use plenty of clean water to rinse the upper and lower eyelids and 

then go to the ophthalmology department for treatment; 

4. The storage tank and operation site conforms to all laws and regulations in current; 

5. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place;

6. When not using it, please immediately seal the cover tightly and separate it from oxidizing agent and other incompatible substances for storage;
