Amer Stainless Steel Acid Cleaning Fluid QX3001

Amer Stainless Steel Acid Cleaning Fluid QX3001 is made of multiple organic compounds and other active agents with the small odor, 

not polluting environment. The method of applying to remove the oxidation layer and corrosive products on the surface of steel is 

named as acid cleaning and is one way to clean the metal surface. In general, it's used for rust removing of stainless steel, 

removing oxidation layer, renovating of pipe and tank, matte processing of stainless steel workpiece, removing oxidation layer 

after hot treatment etc. The glossy white surface after cleaning will form one protective membrane on the surface of cast parts. 

For preventing the product rusting, the product appearance shall keep clean and bright.

Performance advantages: 

1. The product does not contain any heavy metal and halogen, conforming to the requirement of RoHS2.0. 

2. The product is not corrosive and will not cause injury in case of adhering on hands. Please immediately use clean water to rinse it. 

3. The product does not contain the phosphorus and is not difficult for water treatment. 

4. It's no safety risk --- the product is nonflammable and non-explosive and can be stored easily. 

Main Application:

It applies to clean the oxidation layer of stainless steel materials. 

Instructions:

1. Proportion of adding water: use the stock solution;

2. Time: 2-5min;

3. Temperature: normal temperature;

5. Maintenance of working fluid;

Application procedure:

1. Use the stock fluid without need of increasing temperature, soak the workpiece totally into the fluid, and the time will be two to 

five minutes generally and depends on the workpiece until it's cleaned up, and then use the clean water rinse it. 

If not applicable, it needs replacing the tank liquid.

Precautions:

1. The product cannot be contacted with titanium and titanium alloy workpiece; 

2. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to rinse the skin; 

3. If it contacts with eyes, immediately use plenty of clean water to rinse the upper and lower eyelids and then go to 

the ophthalmology department for treatment; 

4. The storage tank and operation site conforms to all laws and regulations in current; 

5. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place;

6. When not using it, please immediately seal the cover tightly and separate it from oxidizing agent and other incompatible substances for storage;
