Product brief introduction:

Amer Aluminum Chromium-free Passivating Fluid DH3002 is the environmental product totally not containing the chromium. 

It can treat the passivating process of aluminum alloy and galvanized sheet. It's widely used in automobile, aviation, electrical equipment, 

building industry, white household appliances and other industries. It's featured by simple operation, no irritating odor and 

can keep the alloy natural color after passivating. The comprehensive performance of product is excellent, and it can efficiently improve 

the passivating efficiency, low cost, protect environment and worker's health.

Main Application:

It's widely used for passivating process of aluminum alloy and galvanized sheet.

Instructions:

1. Proportion of adding water: 1:5-10;

2. For realizing the optimal passivating effect, it's recommended the precise cleaning procedure is: degreasing → 

water cleaning → water cleaning → surface conditioning → passivating → water cleaning → water cleaning → drying;

3. Temperature: soak it under the normal temperature with the soaking time of 5-10min;

4. Maintenance of working fluid: the pH value and concentration of tank fluid will change during the process of product working. 

It needs particularly monitoring the index and keeping the tank liquid within the normal specified range;

Application procedure:

1. The concentration of product is relatively high and the product shall be shaken uniformly before using (stir it uniformly) and 

inverted to make sure the application effect;

2. Add the passivating agent into the clean tank and use it when the liquid level covers the workpiece;

3. The pH value and concentration of tank fluid will change during the process of product working. It needs particularly 

monitoring the index and keeping the tank liquid within the normal specified range;

4. The passivating agent in the tank will be consumed after using it for a period of time, and shall be supplemented timely;

Precautions:

1. The product must be added in purified water but not ta water;

2. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to rinse the skin; 

3. If it contacts with eyes, immediately use plenty of clean water to rinse the upper and lower eyelids and then go to 

the ophthalmology department for treatment; 

4. The storage tank and operation site conforms to all laws and regulations in current; 

5. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place;

6. When not using it, please immediately seal the cover tightly and separate it from oxidizing agent and other incompatible substances for storage;
