Amer Galvanized Trivalent Chromium Passivating Fluid DH4001

Product brief introduction:

Amer Galvanized Trivalent Chromium Passivating Fluid DH4001 is suitable for passivating treatment of aluminum material 

and allumen surface and featured by environmental, no pollution, strong anti-corrosion, strong performance etc. 

The workpiece will form an ultra-thin membrane on the metal surface after treating. It conforms to the anti-corrosion standard 

of MIL-DTL-81706 and MILDTL5541. For providing the excellent adhesive force for metal surface and subsequent coating and coupling, 

it improves the physical and chemical properties of coating and the neutral salt spray (NSS) after coating can reach 800~1000 hours. 

Performance advantages: 

1. The membrane is uniform and bright as before.

2. With the resistance to salt spray and corrosion, the membrane can resist the neutral salt spray for 48-120h.

3. With the low consumption and low cost, its service life is long.

Instructions:

1. The tank shall keep clean and free from residues, pollution and other chemical residues before adding the galvanized trivalent chromium passivating fluid.

2. Add the deionized water to the 3/4 position of processing tank;

3. Add 100~300g of AM3032 trivalent chromium passivating fluid.

4. Add the full amount of 1000L deionized water, fully stir and confirm the pH value;

Precautions:

1. The product must be added in purified water but not ta water;

2. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to rinse the skin; 

3. If it contacts with eyes, immediately use plenty of clean water to rinse the upper and lower eyelids and then go to the ophthalmology department for treatment; 

4. The storage tank and operation site conforms to all laws and regulations in current; 

5. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place;

6. When not using it, please immediately seal the cover tightly and separate it from oxidizing agent and other incompatible substances for storage;
