Product brief introduction:

Amer Steel Acid Rust Removing Agent QX5001 is mainly used for the cleaning of stainless steel, copper material, aluminum material, 

plastic arts and other workpieces, and is the efficient environmental-friendly cleaning agent carefully made by adopting high purity superior materials. 

It can efficiently remove the oil dirt, oil rust, oxidation layer, dust and finger print etc. on the surface of hardware part, not only can 

clean the parts but also can add the product brightness. The product can also clean the plastic parts well meanwhile improve 

the antistatic capacity to plastic parts to prevent the secondary pollution. It can be matched and adjusted according to different client's requirements. 

It does not contain the F, Cl, Br and other nationally restricted ODS substances and has passed the environmental test, conforming to the EU ROHS standard. 

Performance advantages: 

1. It can clean the oil dirt and black oxidation film on the product surface and improve the original glossiness of product (capable of surface finishing).

Main Application:

It's mainly used for the cleaning of stainless steel, copper material, aluminum material, plastic part and other workpiece, and is the efficient environmental-friendly cleaning agent carefully made by adopting high purity superior materials.

Instructions:

1. Adopt the ultrasonic or soaking cleaning and the application temperature is 55℃~65℃ with the solution concentration of 5~8%;

2. Ultrasonic cleaning for 3-6min → fully rinsing → separating water and drying (the above process can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site);

Precautions:

1. The floating oil on the surface of tank liquid shall be removed in time to avoid the secondary pollution;

2. 1%~3% of cleaning agent can be added particularly every day. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after supplementing, 

discard it and replace with the new liquid;

3. Please do not contact the product with eyes. In case of splashing into eyes, use the flowing clean water or normal saline to rinse it. 

Do not swallow the product. If swallow it, please do not emetic, keep the rest state and timely consult with doctor;

4. For preventing the excessive degreasing of skin, please wear the chemical resisting gloves when operating;

5. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place;
