Product brief introduction:
Amer Copper Normal Temperature Polishing Fluid PG0003 does not contain the toxic heavy metal and salt
(such as: plumbum, cadmium, chromium, mercury etc.), adopts the environmental efficient composite copper ion chelating agent,
environmental organic acid, inorganic acid and inorganic salt as the main component and takes the superior corrosion inhibitor,
acid washing accelerator and polishing brightener as the auxiliary agent. It's not toxic and does not contain the nitric acid, phosphoric acid
and other not environmental-friendly components. It conforms to the current environmental friendly RoHS standards and has passes the acid
washing and polishing, which can greatly improve the glossiness on the surface of copper workpiece.
Performance advantages:
1. Applicability: it's suitable for cleaning and bright dipping of all brass, red copper and the copper alloy and oxidation layer,
particularly suitable for cleaning of serious oxidation layer of copper wire after hot treatment to greatly improve the surface glossiness.
2. High efficiency: the process has the high speed of acid washing and polishing. Only 10s above, it can clean the oxidation layer
and realize the bright dipping effect, and the glossiness is equivalent to the glossiness of chromate acid washing polishing agent and even brighter.
3. Stability: the product has the excellent stability and will not decompose and get invalid without the volatility. It has the long service
life and is simple for maintenance.
4. Environmental friendly: it does not contain the chromate and other toxic heavy metals as well as not contain the nitric acid and salts,

Main Application:

Instructions:
1. Proportion of adding water: 1:1~2 of adding water (it's recommended using the purified water) for diluting;
2. The 304 and 316 stainless steel or plastic container can be selected as the polishing tank;
3. The plastic container is better to choose the PVC or PP material for making the tank and the size depends on the production capacity;
4. Treatment time: 10s-3min;
Application procedure:
1. Soak the copper parts in polishing fluid for 10s~3min (the time depends on severity of oxidation layer) and take it out, use the water
to clean and the copper parts with the bright surface can be realized;
2. For making sure the polishing quality and service life of agent, it's better to conduct the acid cleaning in advance before acid cleaning and polishing;
3. When the serious oxidation layer on the surface of copper parts, it's recommended using 20~30% of sulfuric acid to soak it for 1~3 min
to clean the oxidation layer and then conducting acid cleaning and polishing;
4. Adding the process can greatly improve the acid cleaning speed and the agent service life, and then rinse it by using clean water. If not applicable,
it needs replacing the tank liquid;
Precautions:
1. It cannot contact with steel part, carbon steel and other workpieces and will generate a large quantity of oxidation layer.
The welding slags can be soaked in sulfuric acid and then treated by using polishing fluid;
2. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to rinse the skin;
3. If it contacts with eyes, immediately use plenty of clean water to rinse the upper and lower eyelids and then go to
the ophthalmology department for treatment;
4. The storage tank and operation site conforms to all laws and regulations in current;
5. It shall be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place;
6. When not using it, please immediately seal the cover tightly and separate it from oxidizing agent and other incompatible substances for storage;
