Product brief introduction:

Amer Electroplating Decoating Fluid DJTGS0001 can fast and efficient decoating in a way of anode electrolysis. 

The process has the excellent effect on chromium, nickel, ferronickel, copper, zinc and cadmium metal layer of stainless steel hangers.

Performance advantages: 

1. With the pH value showing neutral, it will not damage the insulating paint of hangers and stainless steel hanging head.

2. With the strong the durability, it's more economic and safer compared with general acid process. 

3. With high speed of depainting, it can remove 30-40 μm of copper or nickel 60℃ as per minute with the current density of approximately 50A/dm2.

It applies to remove the chromium, nickel, ferronickel, copper, zinc and cadmium metal layer of plating hangers.

Instructions:

Application procedure:

1. The pH value keeps within 5-7 and can be adjusted by using the glacial acetic acid or thin sodium hydroxide;

2. 1000Ah needs supplementing 1.5L of stock solution;

Precautions:

1. The agent is oxidizing and shall be avoided for the direct contacting with the organic matters or reductive material. 

In case of overflowing, please use the plenty of clean water for rinsing; 

2. In case of contacting with skin carelessly, use plenty of water to rinse;

3. The product shall be stored in a place away from the fire source and direct sunshine. It's strictly prohibited contacting it 

with acid substance or other chemicals and prohibited eating;

4. The product does not belong to the dangerous product and is not combustible and shall be stored in a cool, ventilated and 

dry place with the valid period of 3 months;
