PC, PMMA (acrylic), PET, circuit board, optical glass and plastic product. Amer Electroplating Decoating Fluid TN0001 mainly applies to

optical glass and plastic product. It will not corrode the base metal for treating the precise copper part base and can save the finishing after deplating. 

The deplating effect can reach or exceed the deplating effect of cyanide. The cyanide-free deplating fluid will not 

damage the NdFeB base and not affect the magnetic flow and magnetic performance for deplated product. 

The surface of deplated product shows the silver without the tolerance change.

Instructions:

1. The stock solution is used. 

2. The temperature is controlled within 85-95 ℃ and it can be heated by using titanium heating pipe, quartz and stainless steel etc. 

Application procedure:

1. Deplating - washing - drying;

Precautions:

1. When deplating, please carry out it under the ventilated environment;

2. In case of contacting with skin carelessly, use plenty of water to rinse;

3. The product shall be stored in a place away from the fire source and direct sunshine. It's strictly prohibited contacting it 

with acid substance or other chemicals and prohibited eating;

4. The product does not belong to the dangerous product and is not combustible and shall be stored in a cool, ventilated 

and dry place with the valid period of 3 months;
