Amer Strong Depainting Agent QX2001

Product brief introduction:

Amer Strong Depainting Agent QX2001 is the solvent depainting agent and applies to remove the membrane and paint of electrophoretic paint, 

stoving varnish, spraying etc. It's specially used for depainting of steel, copper, zinc, aluminum magnesium alloy and other workpieces 

and will not corrode metal base material. It can keep the natural metal glossiness after depainting. 

Performance advantages: 

1. Environmental depainting: it will not damage materials. 

2. High efficiency and fast peeling: the depainting time is 2-5min.

3. Wide application scope and strong universality: it applies to different materials

 (such as steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, glass, wood etc.).

4. Nonflammable and non-explosive: it's convenient for transporting and storing. 

Main Application:

It's widely used in powder spraying plant, oil spraying plant, coating plant, furniture factory, painting plant etc.

Instructions:

1. Inject the stock solution into the working tank (approx. 2/3) and add the proper amount of clean water to 

cover the liquid surface to avoid volatilization;

2. Gently put the workpiece into tank (the tank must  be the anti-corrosion material or stainless steel) for soaking, and take it out and use water to rinse it after depainting and cleaning;

3. If the workpiece to be depainted is not suitable for soaking, the spraying method can be taken to remove the painting, 

use the clean water to rinse it after removing the membrane, and protective works shall be conducted well when operating; 

4. When operating, please wear the apron, gloves and personnel protective equipment to avoid hurt the skin;

5. It's strictly prohibited smoke and fire when storing. Please store it under the cool place as far as  possible;

Application procedure:

1. Depainting time: 2-5min;

2. Working temperature: normal temperature (no need of heating);

3. Application proportion: use the stock solution;

Precautions:

1. When depainting, please wear the acid and alkali resisting gloves; 

2. In case of contacting with skin carelessly, use plenty of water to rinse;

3. After the workpiece was depainted and cleaned, take it out for washing and then dry;

4. The product does not the hazardous product, and is non-combustible and shall be stored indoor in a cool, ventilated and dry place with the valid period 

of 12 months. In case of eye contact, immediately use a large quantity of clean water to rinse the upper and 

lower eye lids and send to ophthalmology department for treatment;
