Amer Water-based Depainting Agent QX2002

Product brief introduction:

Amer Water-based Depainting Agent QX2002 is a universal depainting agent and light yellow liquid with the pH value of 12 -13 around and 

it's alkaline and applies to degumming and depainting of stainless steel and glass product and belongs to semi-aqueous degumming agent.

Performance advantages: 

1. It does not contain any heavy metal and halogen, and conforms to RoHS2.0 requirements. 

2. It does not contain phosphorus and has no difficulty in water treatment. 

Main Application:

It applies to depainting, deinking and degumming of stainless steel and glass product.

Instructions:

1. Proportion: use the stock solution;

2. Time: 4-10min and it depends on the specific working condition;

3. Temperature: 90-100℃;

4. Cleaning method: soaking; the speed will be higher and effect will be better in case of ultrasonic cleaning; 

5. Maintenance of working fluid: the working fluid can be circulated. If not applicable, the proper amount of stock solution 

can be supplemented. After depainting for a period of time, the tank liquid is dirty and shall be replaced; 

Application procedure:

1. After cleaning the tank, add the stock solution into water-based depainting agent, stir it uniformly, increase the 

temperature to 90-100℃ and start cleaning, and then use the clean water for rinsing. If not applicable, add a proper amount of stock solution. 

After cleaning it for a period of time, the tank liquid is dirt and shall be replaced;

Precautions:

1. The product cannot be mixed with acidic substances; 

2. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to rinse the skin; 

3. If it contacts with eyes, immediately use plenty of clean water to rinse the upper and lower eyelids and then go to the ophthalmology department for treatment; 

4. The storage tank and operation site conforms to the current laws and regulations and shall be stored in cool, dry and well-ventilated place;
