Product brief introduction:

Amer Steel Normal Temperature Blackening Agent FH0001 does not need heating for blackening and will not generate 

the hazardous gas, improve the operation condition and can be used for replacing the alkaline high temperature blackening. 

With the stable solvent and short blackening time, the black color is uniform and will not fade. With the strong anti-corrosion performance, 

the blackening will deepen as the time flies.

Main Application:

It's extensively used for the blackening of steel, alloy steel, mould steel, ferrous and casting steel, powder steel and other products.

Instructions:

1. Proportion of adding water: add water at a ratio of 1:1 - 3 for diluting, and it can be used 

2. Time: 3-5min;

3. Temperature: normal temperature;

Application procedure:

1. Loading material – degreasing, rust removal and descaling - water washing - blackening - hot water rinsing - soaking, dewatering and anti-rust oil - naturally air drying;

Precautions:

1. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to thoroughly rinse the skin;

2. When conducting blackening operation, please wear the acid and alkali resisting gloves;

3. After completing blackening operation, workpiece will fall down to the bottom of cylinder and needs cleaning timely;

4. The product does not belong to the dangerous product and is not combustible and shall be stored in a cool, ventilated 

and dry place with the valid period of 3 months;
