Product brief introduction:

Amer Steel High Temperature Blackening Agent FH0002. The product blackening needs conducted under the high temperature 

without hazardous gas generating, and is different from other traditional blackening agent. It's equipped with single tank for 

supplementing and adding and the decoration and anti-corrosion are leading the international level. With the good adhesive force and not dust off, 

it's particularly suitable for small workpiece, burnishing piece and also suitable for the occasion with the relatively high requirement 

for anti-wear and anti-corrosion performance. It's easy to operate and the tank liquid does not need special maintenance with the low consumption.

1. The color after blackening is uniform with the high qualification rate of product.

Main Application:

Instructions:

1. Proportion of adding water: 1:1 for adding water and dissolving;

Application procedure:

1. Degreasing - water washing - rust removal - water washing - blackening - water washing - drying - soaking in anti-rust oil;

Precautions:

1. After contacting with skin, use the clean water to thoroughly rinse the skin;

2. When conducting blackening operation, please wear the acid and alkali resisting gloves;

3. After completing blackening operation, workpiece will fall down to the bottom of cylinder and needs cleaning timely;

4. The product does not belong to the dangerous product and is not combustible and shall be stored in a cool, ventilated and 

dry place with the valid period of 3 months;
