It is prepared by the surfactant, organic phosphorus, corrosion inhibitor and other constituents, and during the pre-treatment of water, 

it can pre-form a layer of composite metal film with special potential on the metal surface to balance the potential of system materials, 

effectively preventing electrochemical corrosion and corrosion under deposit. In addition, it can extend the service life of equipment.

Main Application:

It is applicable to the pre-film treatment of the circulating cooling water system. 

Instructions:

In general, the product is added with 800ppm based on the retention capacity of the system, maintaining the system pH>5.5 

and operating for 24h. After pre-filming, the product shall be replaced to total phosphorus <20ppm before turning to normal operation. 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 6 months.
