Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor 

Product brief introduction:

The chemical compounds added in the circulating cooling water to prevent corrosion and scaling of cooling water to equipment 

can also be called as a water quality stabilizer. It can form stable complex with calcium, magnesium ions and other scaling 

substances in the water, soluble in water and playing a good role of chelation and dispersion. In addition, it has a good corrosion 

inhibition effect on carbon steel and stainless steel, which can improve the equipment heat exchange effect and extend the service 

life of equipment, playing a role of saving water and energy. 

Performance advantages: 

1. The product is a complexing agent composed of organic phosphorus, corrosion inhibitor and multi-component copolymerization, 

which has a better scale inhibition and dispersion function to water with high hardness and high alkalinity, and has a good anti-corrosion 

effect on carbon steel and stainless steel. In addition, it has a good compatibility with common bactericides and has a synergistic effect, 

with convenient and safe use and small toxicity. 

Main Application:

It is widely used to the open-type circulating cooling water system of power, metallurgy, oil refining, chemical engineering and other industries. 

Instructions:

The industrial circulating water system adopts a continuous dosing method, and the dosing concentration varies according to different 

water conditions, generally 50--200ppm 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
