Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor for Low-hardness Water 

Product brief introduction:

The product is mainly composed of special interfacial agent, efficient dispersant and corrosion inhibitor, and applicable to the 

system using low-hardness water as cooling medium; The contents of calcium, magnesium and other ions in the 

low-hardness water are low, which will not scale, therefore, corrosion inhibition becomes a major problem. Based on many 

experiments and screening, the product uses the excellent mixed-type corrosion and scale inhibitor, which mainly plays the role 

of corrosion inhibition by inhibiting the polarization of metals. The product does not contain nitrite, chromate and other toxic substances, 

with no pollution to the environment, and in normal use, its corrosion rate of carbon steel is far below the national standard; 

and its corrosion effect on corrosive water with a chloride ion concentration greater than 300mg/L and a high calcium and 

magnesium content also meet the standard, with an excellent scale inhibition performance.

The industrial circulating water system adopts a continuous dosing method, and the dosing concentration varies according to different water conditions, generally 30-50ppm 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
