Polymeric Flocculant 

Product brief introduction:

The product is a kind of water-soluble line-type high-molecular polymer, and since it has multiple active radicals, 

it can be affinitive and adsorptive to many substances to form hydrogen bond. It mainly flocculates colloid with 

negative charges to agglutinate and settle impurity particles dispersing in the liquid phase, and has the functions 

of removing turbidity, decolorizing, absorbing, binding, etc. The product is divided into anion, cation, nonionic and zwitter-ion. 

It is mainly used in the purification process of domestic drinking water and the treatment process of industrial wastewater, 

mainly playing roles of clarification and purification, settlement promotion, sludge dewatering, papermaking additive and filtering promotion. 

Performance advantages: 

1. The product is soluble in water, less corrosive, simple, safe and reliable in operation, and requires low treatment cost. 

In addition, it features environmental protection without pollution, small dosage and excellent performance. 

Main Application:

It is widely used for the clarification and purification, settlement promotion and sludge dewatering of various industrial sewage 

and wastewater treatment, and applicable to metallurgy, electronics, electroplating, printing, petrochemical engineering, 

power and other water treatment technologies. 

Instructions:

1. The product shall be prepared to 1-5‰ aqueous solution (neutral water without salt) before being added to the water body (normally, the dosage is 0.1-10ppm). 

2. Dosage is different for different waters, the specific dosage and ionic type shall be determined according to the field experiment. 

3. It is recommended to add the product in drips continuously when the pH value is 7-7.5, stirring with dripping, and observing the water changes. 

4. It is recommended to use the product with PAC, and start to drip the aqueous solution of the product after certain flocculating constituent forms in the water body. 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in a 25kg woven bag (with a lining of polyethylene plastic bag) and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
