Evaporator Scale Inhibitor 

Product brief introduction:

The product is prepared by the dispersant, dendritic macromolecule polymer and other components. It is a kind of scale inhibition 

and dispersion agent developed for evaporators, and with the threshold effect, lattice distortion and other mechanism, it can achieve 

the purpose of preventing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and other inorganic salts from scaling. In this way, it improves the 

heat conduction velocity, increases the evaporation velocity and shortens the evaporation time, thus improving the efficiency and 

saving the energy for the whole recycling process of the mother solution, with significant benefits. 

Performance advantages: 

1. The product has a better scale inhibition and dispersion effect on waters with high hardness, high alkalinity and high sulfate radical, 

and has a synergistic effect, with convenient and safe use and small toxicity. 

Main Application:

It is widely used in the metallurgy, oil refining, chemical engineering and other industries, especially applicable to the evaporator, 

MVR, MED, MSF and other systems. 

Instructions:

The dosing concentration varies according to different water conditions, generally 10-300ppm. 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
