Special Scale Inhibitor for Aluminum Oxide 

Product brief introduction:

The product is prepared by organic phosphorus, multi-component copolymerization, multi-interface active agent and other components. 

Added to the mother solution, the scale inhibitor can disperse the calcium, magnesium, silicon and other scaling ions in the mother 

solution to a great extent to increase the anti-precipitation and fluidity, so that they are not likely to precipitate and adhere to the evaporator surface, 

keeping the evaporator surface clean and stainless. In this way, it improves the heat conduction velocity, increases the evaporation velocity 

and shortens the evaporation time, thus improving the efficiency and saving the energy for the whole recycling process of the mother solution, 

with significant benefits.

Main Application:

It is applicable to metallurgy, oil refining, chemical engineering, papermaking and other industries, especially 

applicable to high-temperature, high-alkalinity and high-hardness systems, such as evaporator, MVR and multiple-effect flash evaporator system. 

Instructions:

The dosing concentration varies according to different water conditions, generally 10-50ppm. 

Package and storage: 

The product should be stored in 25kg plastic drum and placed in ventilated and dry place, with a validity period of 12 months.
