Performance Overview:

      

This series of products are made from refined mineral oil and sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure additive, antioxidant and other additives, and specially designed for lubrication of sealing rings of various rubber mixers.



Major Advantages:


1.Outstanding oxidation stability: it contains effective antioxidants, effectively slowing the oxidation process and extending the service life.

  

2.Less sulfur and nitrogen impurities, low pour point, high aromatics saturation, strong resistance to ultraviolet radiation, and prevention against rubber aging.


3.Excellent rust and corrosion resistance: it can protect the metal surface from rust and corrosion, so that the metal parts are additionally protected.


4.There is no lead and other toxic substances, better meeting the requirements of environmental protection.


5.High compatibility with rubber, without oil precipitation.



Main Application:
       

It is applied to lubrication and sealing of the sealing rings of internal mixer in the  rubber industry. The internal mixer oil is also widely used in SBS, TPR, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber and other natural, synthetic or modified rubber; it also can be used as rubber filler and plasticizer for shoes, wires and cables, rubber products, electronic products, etc.


Precautions:

     

1. It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, the barrel should be placed horizontally to prevent the mark on the barrel from water immersion and submersion.


2. This product should be prevent from water and foreign matter contaminations, otherwise it will lead to emulsification, deterioration and failure.


3. It is not recommended to mix with other oils to prevent deterioration of its performance.
