Performance Overview:

       

This product is heavy-duty industrial gear oil prepared by a special process using synthetic wax-free poly-α-olefin and synthetic ester with oxidation resistance, excellent thermal stability and low-temperature fluidity as the base oil and adding a variety of efficient additives. It integrates the excellent properties of various oils, and belongs to an all-round gear oil with long service life, rated as L-CKS and CKT in oil classification. It is especially designed for sealed gear devices which are operated under harsh conditions such as wide temperature range, heavy load and heavy impact load, with excellent high temperature resistance and super long service life that is several times that of mineral oil.


Major Advantages:

       1.Easy startup at low temperature: the wax-free property of poly-α-olefin base oil gives the product excellent low-temperature fluidity, which reduces power consumption by less resistance to equipment startup in severe cold winter. High viscosity index and wide operating temperature range (-40℃ to 150℃): it will not become thin easily at high temperature, provide a sufficient oil film strength, and keep its performance and working capacity without reducing, giving gears and bearings excellent EHL oil film protection and protecting gears from wear.


      3.Excellent lubrication and loading capacity: the base oil combining patented additives with enhanced provides this product a resistance to extreme pressure and wear. Even under the impact load of super-large equipment, it still maintains excellent resistance against extreme pressure and wear (zero roller wear was shown in the FAGFE-8 [DIN51819] bearing wear test).


       4.Excellent heat resistance stability: it will not produce coking and precipitates after long-term use at high temperature, ensuring that gear and bearing friction surfaces remain highly clean.


       5.Strong adhesion: the oil film is not easily extruded at high speed or under extremely heavy load, providing a continuous and effective protection.


 

Main Application:

       

With a wide viscosity range and viscosity grades between ISOVG100 and 680, this product is applicable to lubrication of all high-speed, impact-load and high-load industrial gearboxes of submerged, splash, spray and recirculating lubrication systems, including spur gears, bevel gears, worm gears and other sealed gearboxes. It can also be used as multi-purpose gear oil for lubricating the bearings of sliding and rolling components and the gears of various industrial equipment requiring high resistance to extreme pressure.


It is especially recommended for application in environments requiring a pour point of -30°C or less or an oil temperatures of above 120°C. It is also used for gearboxes with complicated equipment disassembly and assembly, in harsh operating environments or requiring long oil replacement intervals.


       

Recommended to apply to outdoor machinery with great ambient temperature changes, such as cranes, hoists, car gearboxes, reducers, chain drives and flexible couplings, and especially suitable for lubrication of certain systems that require lifetime lubrication (long service life) and of worm gears, sliding and rolling bearings, and circulating systems made of bronze.


 

Precautions:

       1.It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, the barrel should be placed horizontally to prevent the mark on the barrel from water immersion and submersion.


       2.This product should not be mixed with water and foreign matters, otherwise it may cause emulsification and deterioration.


       3.It is not recommended to mix with other oils to prevent deterioration of its performance.
