Performance overview:

This series of products comply with the US Steel 224 and AGMA 25004 [EP] standards. It contains sulfur-phosphorous extreme pressure additives, antioxidants and other additives, and the quality has passed the FZG12 test and 250kg test on four-ball machine. It is specially designed for extremely heavy-duty gears.

Major advantages:

1. Excellent resistance to extreme pressure: the extreme pressure additive with extremely high thermal stability can ensure that the friction surfaces of gears and bearings are clean and form an effective protective film on the metal-to-metal contact surface. Even under severe load conditions, it can effectively prevent wear to protect gears and bearings, improving power and transmission efficiency.

2. Outstanding oxidation stability: it contains effective antioxidants, effectively slowing the oxidation process and extending the service life.

3. It has high thermal stability, not easy to thicken, thus reducing the power loss.

4. Excellent rust resistance and water separation: it can protect the metal surface from rust and corrosion, so that the metal parts are additionally protected and the gearbox and turbine box are kept clean.

5. Sound foaming resistance: the perfect oil film strength can better ensure the normal operation of gears and bearings.

6. There is no lead and other toxic substances, better meeting the requirements of environmental protection.

Main Application:

It is applicable to the lubrication of gears working under various heavy load or impact load and turbine drivers bearing different loads. It can also be used in the circulating system with limited lubrication, such as sliding and rolling bearings under heavy load, and splash lubrication and oil mist lubrication systems.

Precautions:

1. It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, the barrel should be placed horizontally to prevent the mark on the barrel from water immersion and submersion.

2. This product should be prevent from water and foreign matter contamination, otherwise it will lead to emulsification, deterioration and failure.

3. It is recommended not to mix with other oils to prevent deterioration of its performance.
