Amer Fully Synthetic Hard Alloy Machining Coolant SF302

       The product is the water-soluble fully synthetic cutting fluid with the high lubrication and stable biological performance. It's advantaged by excellent cooling, lubricating and anti-rust function, safe and non-toxic. The AMERSF302 can be used for realizing the ideal surface grinding effect of hard alloy, effectively prolonging the anti-rust time of tools and helping to inhibit the cobalt ions.  The recommended proportion of adding water is 1:10 - 1:20 (the specific concentration depends on the working condition, and in general, the higher concentration is, the better lubrication and anti-rust performance will be).

Main Advantages:

       1.It adopts the fully synthetic system, not containing the mineral oil. The diluent is transparent, which is convenient for observing the machining condition.

       2.With the ultra-low foam inhibition, there is no need of worrying about the foam problems in subsequent.

       3.With the super strong mold resistance, the service cycle can easily exceed 1 year above even under the strictest single-machine environment and the service cycle of centralized liquid supply system can reach 2 years above.

Main Application:

       It can be used for grinding and cutting of hard alloy tools;

       It can also be used for grinding and cutting of some black metals, such as casting steel / carbon steel / stainless steel.

Precautions:

        Client can choose the proper proportion of adding water based on the machining materials to reduce wastes. In general, the higher the concentration is, the better anti-rust and lubrication effect will be.
