Synthetic Ferromagnetic Alloy Cutting Fluid SF14T

       The product is the water-soluble fully synthetic cutting fluid with the high lubrication and stable biological performance. It's advantaged by excellent cooling, lubricating, cleaning and anti-rust function, safe and non-toxic. AMERSOLSF14T can be used to realize the ideal anti-rust effect, improve the finishing degree of machining surface and machining efficiency, and extend the service life of tools. The recommended proportion of adding water: 1:10 - 1:15.

Main Advantages:

       1. With the excellent anti-rust performance, it can be directly used as anti-rust agent by adding water as the proportion of 1:10, and the anti-rust time can reach up to 1 month above.

       2. No grease, the machine tool, machining piece and the site is clean.

       3. The grinding for carbon steel, stainless steel etc. can realize the mirror effect.

       The product does not contain the hazardous components, such as sodium nitrite.

Main Application:

       It applies to the grinding, cooling and machining of black metal alloy materials with highly anti-rust requirements.

       It also applies to cutting, machining and cooling for some of CNC machining centers and lathes.

Precautions:

       1. It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

       2. It's strictly mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.

       3. Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
