Amer Magnesium Alloy Machining Coolant SF32S

       The product is the water-soluble semisynthetic cutting fluid with the low corrosion and stable biological performance, and acts the superior protection effect to magnesium alloy material (centering on magnesium). It's advantaged by excellent cooling, lubricating and anti-rust function, safe and non-toxic. SF32S is used to realize the ideal surface protection effect, improve the finishing degree of machining surface and machining sufficiency and prolong the service life of tools.  The recommended proportion of adding water is 1:10 - 1:20 (the specific concentration depends on the working condition, and in general, the higher concentration is, the better lubrication and anti-rust performance will be).

Main Advantages:

       2.With the ultra-low foam inhibition, there is no need of worrying about the foam problems in subsequent.

       3.The degree of hard water resistance can reach approximately 5000ppm.

Main Application:

       It can be used for medium and high load machining of magnesium alloy.

Precautions:

       Client can choose the proper proportion of adding water based on the machining materials to reduce wastes. In general, the higher the concentration is, the better anti-rust and lubrication effect will be.

       The appearance of original liquid will lightly turn yellow in case of being stored for a long time, which belongs the normal phenomenon and will not affect the machining effect.

       Please do not mix it with other cutting fluid for using. When supplementing fluid, please add the original liquid and water as per the proportion. Do not directly supplement water.
