Multi-effect Emulsified Cutting Coolant SF31B

       SF31B is an emulsified water-soluble cutting fluid, made of refined base oil and contains large quantities of extreme pressure additive. It can form the highly stable emulsion after adding water, acts the super strong lubrication and extreme pressure and especially applies to all traditional machinery machining for iron metals (including stainless steel, titanium alloy, nickel alloy and other hard materials) and non-iron metals (copper, aluminum etc.). Its emulsion is quite stable so as to prolong the service life.

       1.Outstanding anti-rust performance: adding the patented and efficient anti-rust additives, it can provide the long-term anti-rust effect for black metals and avoid the inter-process anti-rust treatment.

Precautions:

       1.Client can choose the proper proportion of adding water based on the machining materials to reduce wastes. In general, the higher the concentration is, the better anti-rust and lubrication effect will be.

       2.The appearance of original liquid will lightly turn yellow in case of being stored for a long time, which belongs the normal phenomenon and will not affect the machining effect.

       3.Please do not mix it with other cutting fluid for using. When supplementing fluid, please add the original liquid and water as per the proportion. Do not directly supplement water.
