Performance Overview:

       The product is the fully synthetic anti-rust water-soluble cutting fluid and prepared by choosing anti-rust agent, PH stabilizer, lubricant and other additives, and can be used for high speed grinding process of casting steel, carbon steel and stainless steel.

Main Advantages:

       1.Long-term anti-rust performance: adding many highly efficient anti-rust agent, it can provide the long-term anti-rust effect for black metal and avoid the inter-process anti-rust treatment.

       2.Excellent settleability: the machining liquid is similar with water all the time, making grinding chips can fast settle and avoid the secondary grinding and cutting to damage tools.

       3.Outstanding resistance to mixed oil: if the oil of guide rail drops into, it will float on the upper layer, which is convenient for oil skimmer to work.

Main Application:

       It's commonly used for grinding and high speed grinding process of casting steel, carbon steel and stainless steel.

Precautions:

       Client can choose the proper proportion of adding water based on the machining materials to reduce wastes. In general, the higher the concentration is, the better anti-rust and lubrication effect will be.

       The appearance of original liquid will lightly darken in case of being stored for a long time, which belongs the normal phenomenon and will not affect the machining effect.
