Performance Overview:

       The product is the botanical base oil adding the anti-wear agent, boundary lubricant and adding the auxiliary material of anti-rust agent, oily agent etc., making the whole system reach the collaborative and compatible effect and form the composite oil product integrating the functions of lubricating, anti-rust, heat dissipation and washing. It can provide the required lubricating protection for precise cutting, heavy load cutting, broaching, drilling, tapping etc. of digital controlled machine lathe, automatic lathe and others.

Main Advantages:

       1.It contains anti-friction agent and boundary lubricant for collaborative effect, and can effectively control the workpiece wearing even under the condition of impact load, provide the lubrication required by contact between tools and workpieces, and reduce the extensive wearing of tools.

       2.From the precise machining with the cutting speed of a few millimeters per minute, high speed machining with the speed up to hundreds of meters per minute to the nascent surface machining with the pressure up to 2~3GPa, it can provide the lubricating protection and improve the moulding rate of products.

       3.With the inter-process anti-rust effect, it can provide the overall protection for workpiece and machine tool and play a role of anti-rust and anti-corrosion. It's compatible with most of metals and rubbers, plastics, and will not deform.

Main Application:

       It applies to the precise cutting, high speed cutting and heavy load cutting of routine metal materials.

Precautions:

       1. It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

       2.It's prohibited mixing with and being polluted by foreign matters otherwise the oil product will get bad and invalid.

       3.Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
