Performance Overview:

The product is the cutting oil for moderate machining load and the main components is adding oily agent, anti-friction agent,

anti-oxygen, anti-corrosion agent and antirust agent into normal alkane base oil. It's the universal oil without chlorine system

and applies to the cutting of routine metal materials, and provides the interprocess

 antirust protection for carbon steel and other black metals. It's the oil for multi-material mixed

cutting of precise digital-controlled machine tool, automatic lathe and other machines. 

Main Advantages:

● With the high flash point, low viscosity and low volatilization loss, it can provide the good working environment. 

● With PB>100kgf and PD>300kgf, it can effectively lubricate tool and workpiece and improve the machining precision. 

● It contains multipurpose oil additive and is conductive to improving the machinery processing efficiency. 

Main Application:

● It applies to the cutting, drilling, boring and milling etc. for many metal parts, including carbon steel, brass and aluminum alloy.

Precautions:

● It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed. 

● It's prohibited mixing with and being polluted by foreign matters otherwise the oil product will get bad and invalid. 

● Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor. 

● It cannot be used for machining of T2 copper, T3 copper and other allochroic materials.
