Performance Overview:

The product takes the hydrogenized and refined mineral oil as base oil combining with the

 imported synthetic oil and adds multiple extreme pressure agent, oily agent, anti-wear agent, anti-rust and anti-corrosion agent for preparing. The cutting oil is specially used for precision machining of titanium alloy spare parts,

provided the excellent product surface finishing degree and prolongs the service life of tool.

Main Advantages:

● With the excellent extreme pressure anti-wear performance, it can form the lubricant film on the boundary of machining piece under the high temperature and high

pressure, prevent the direct contact between metal and tool, reduce the tool wearing and improving the machining precision and speed; 

● It contains the synthetic lubricant and extreme pressure additives and is conducive to improve the surface finishing degree of machining parts;

● It's advantaged by excellent cooling and lubrication performance as well as the outstanding chip removal performance. 

Main Application:

● It applies to the cutting, drilling, tapping etc. of titanium alloy materials;

Precautions:

● Do not mix it with other oil products;

● It shall be stored in a cool and dry place and open flame shall be avoided.
