Performance Overview:

The product is strongly lubricative and is the special oil for carbon steel and cold-rolled sheet and 多效成型油C71.jpg

particularly designed for the forming process of cold-rolled sheet with the relatively high anti-rust 

and lubricating requirement. It's made of adding many refined multi-effect additives into high 

quality environmental-friendly non-toxic base oil. With the excellent lubrication performance, 

it can improve the working efficiency and realize the optimal finishing degree and precision of product.

Main Advantages:

l It contains the extreme pressure anti-wear additives and can extend the service life of mould.

l With the high viscosity, it provides the extremely strong oil film strength.

lSafe and environmental-friendly, it does not contain any hazardous chemicals and can protect the user's health.

l With the excellent anti-rust effect, it can provide the anti-rust cycle more than 1 month for carbon 

steel and other materials those are easy to rust.

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water 

invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil 

product getting bad or invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
