Amer Stainless Steel Forming Oil S970A

Performance Overview:

Amer S970A is the oily lubricant specially researched and developed for the stamping and forming 

of stainless steel, cold-rolled steel sheet. It adopts the refined mineral oil and adds the preservative, 

anti-oxygen, extreme pressure agent, anti-wear agent and many other special effect additives. 

It can be widely used for drawing of stainless steel precise parts and stainless steel kitchen and 

bath appliances as well as the forming of cold-rolled sheet etc. 

Main Advantages:

l With the optimal lubrication effect and proper oil film strength, it can protect the mould 

with the longest service life. 

l With the outstanding extreme pressure performance, it effectively prevents the workpiece from 

scratching and abrading, and improved the product quality. 

l Safe and environmental-friendly: it does not contain the prohibited chemicals and is soft to human skin. 

Main Application:

It's mainly used for precise stamping of stainless steel precise parts and automobile thick parts with the 

high lubrication requirements, especially the stamping and heavy load machining of stainless steel with 

the thickness of 3mm above, and can be used for stamping and drawing process of cold-rolled sheet. 

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water 

invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
