Performance Overview:

The product is rapidly volatile, and is the special oil for copper pipe and bending pipe and designed for

modern high speed step bending pipe and general high speed stamping.  It's made of

adding many refined multi-effect additives into high quality environmental-friendly non-toxic solvent. 

With the excellent heat dissipation and cooling performance, it can improve the working

efficiency and realize the optimal finishing degree and precision of product.

Main Advantages:

l It's rapidly volatile without color and odor, and can maintain the fast working and prevent the workpiece

 from adhering or getting stuck. 

l Colorless and clean, it maintains the machine and operating environment in clean.

l It contains the extreme pressure anti-wear additives and can extend the service life of mould.

l It has low viscosity and excellent cooling performance.

Main Application:

It's widely used for continuously shearing for aluminum sheet / AC aluminum fins with high requirements. 

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
