       Amer Automobile Power Battery Case Forming Oil DL-1, DL-2 and DL-3 series products are specially researched and developed for drawing technology of new energy power battery case. It takes the refined mineral oil as base oil and is made of adding various automatically synthetic grease lubricant, anti-oxygen, sedimentation agent etc., capable of strong drawing and lubrication effect and oil film strength, convenient for cleaning.


Main Advantages:


       1.Excellent lubrication performance: it contains large quantities of efficient extreme pressure lubricant additives and can effectively protect mould and provide the optimal finishing degree of workpiece, greatly prolong the service life of mould and reduce the frequency of repairing mould.

        2.High utilization rate: the product has the excellent oxidation and the used oil product can be circulated after filtering.

       3.Superior cleanability: even under the same cleaning condition, the oil product can be removed easily and the rate of returning to clean is lower than products in the industry, reducing the cleaning cost.

        4.Complete product model: it's supported and developed for a series of products according to different stamping equipment, machining materials, machining speed and workpiece size.
