Amer Automobile Sheet Special Forming Oil C73

Performance Overview:

Amer C73 is the oily lubricant specially researched and developed steel sheet stamping

and forming technology.  It adopts the refined mineral oil and adds the preservative,

anti-oxygen, extreme pressure agent, anti-wear agent and many other special effect

additives. It's widely used for deep drawing and machining of thick sheet, galvanized

sheet, steel, cold-rolled sheet etc. 

Main Advantages:

l With the optimal lubrication effect and proper oil film strength, it can protect the mould with the

longest service life. 

l With the outstanding extreme pressure performance, it effectively prevents the workpiece from

scratching and abrading, and improved the product quality. 

l The anti-rust time of C73 to cold-rolled sheet can reach 1 month above. 

Main Application:

The product is mainly used for shearing and forming process of cold-rolled sheet with

the relatively high lubrication and anti-rust requirement and the thickness of 3mm

above, and also used for drawing, stamping, bending, cutting and other heavy load

forming process of hot-rolled sheet.

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
