Performance Overview:

The product is the environmental-friendly high lubricant forming oil and specially designed for

forming process of aluminum and copper materials with the environmental-friendly and high

 lubrication requirement.  It's made of adding many refined multi-functional additives into

high quality environmental-friendly non-toxic base oil. With the excellent lubrication performance

and soft odor, it can improve the working efficiency and realize the optimal finishing degree and precision of product. 

Main Advantages:

lIt contains the extreme pressure anti-rust additives and can prolong the mould life and improve the product yield.

l With the high viscosity, it provides the extremely strong oil film strength.

lSafe and environmental-friendly, it does not contain any hazardous chemicals and can protect the user's health.

l With the excellent anti-rust effect, it can provide the inter-process cycle anti-rust for carbon steel and other materials those are easy to rust. 

Main Application:

It's widely used for forming process of aluminum and copper materials. It also applies to medium to light load machining for some of stainless steel, carbon steel etc. 

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
