Amer Aluminum Battery Case Forming Oil DL130 is the economic product specially

developed for medium and small-sized new energy battery case and aluminum battery

case of mobile phone, and can provide the optimal oil film lubrication and extreme

pressure and resist to high temperature generated by metal flowing. It also applies to

deep drawing and die stamping of other aluminum and can be used for general strength

of drawing process for alloy steel, stainless steel and other materials.

 additives, and can effectively protect mould, provide the optimal finishing degree of workpiece and prevent

 the breaking up and scratching.

l Superior cleanability: even under the same cleaning condition, the oil product can be removed easily and

the rate of returning to clean is 20% lower than products in the industry, reducing the cleaning cost.

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor and the barrel shall be placed horizontally in case of storing in open air to avoid water entering and immersing the marks on barrel.

l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with water of being polluted by foreign matters otherwise the oil will be emulsified, turned bad and invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting bad.
