Amer Steel Battery Case Forming Oil DL11

Performance Overview:

Amer Steel Battery Case Forming Oil DL11 is the product specially designed for

 thinning, drawing and stamping of carbon steel and its products, made of adding

 various extreme pressure agents, oily agent, anti-oxidant etc. into the base oil

of refined mineral oil. It's capable of strongly drawing lubrication effect and oil

film strength, and particularly suitable for drawing of nickel-preplated battery case of high speed machine.

Main Advantages:

l Excellent lubrication performance: it adopts the special oily agent and extreme pressure agent to provide the

good lubrication and extreme pressure for oil products, and can effectively prevent scratching, reduce the rejection

rate, significantly prolong the service life of mould and decrease the frequency of repairing mould. 

l Outstanding high temperature performance: the oil product has the good anti-oxidation performance and it can maintain the sufficient oil film strength when drawing under the high temperature

 and can provide the good lubrication. 

l Superior cleanability: even under the same cleaning condition, the oil product can be removed easily and

reduce the cleaning cost.

l High universality: it can be used for high, medium and low speed stamping of battery

case in carbon steel materials, and particularly applies to the nickel-preplated battery case of high speed machine.

Main Application:

l It applies to the high, medium and low speed drawing of carbon steel nickel-plated and nickel-preplated battery

case, especially for high speed drawing;

l It can also be used for thinning, drawing and stamping of carbon steel, alloy steel in other cases. 

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor and the barrel shall be placed horizontally in case of storing in open air to avoid water entering and immersing the marks on barrel.

l It's strictly prohibited mixing the product with water of being polluted by foreign matters otherwise the oil will be emulsified, turned bad and invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting bad.
