Performance Overview:

The product is made of adding the extreme pressure agent,

anti-wear agent, oily agent, anti-oxygen, preservative and many

other additives into the raw material of refined and hydrogenated base oil. 

 It's capable of the excellent lubrication and anti-corrosion performance.

Main Advantages:

l With the outstanding lubrication performance, it can make sure the external surface

quality of copper pipes after drawing and prevent it from breaking up or scratching;

l With the good preservative treatment, the copper pipe after cold drawing will not

 be corroded or turned color; 

l It has the excellent, long-term, stable and circulating performance;

Main Application:

It can be used for AC copper coil outside die and also can be used for stamping and

drawing of copper and aluminum materials. 

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to

avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's strictly mixing the product with foreign matters otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
