Performance Overview:

The product is strongly anti-rust, and is special oil for stamping and particularly designed for modern

high speed step stamping and general high speed stamping. It's made of adding many refined

multi-effect additives into high quality environmental-friendly non-toxic base oil. With the excellent

 anti-rust and lubrication performance, it can improve the working efficiency and realize the

optimal finishing degree and precision of product.

Main Advantages:

l It contains the extreme pressure anti-wear additives and can extend the service life of mould;

l With the moderate viscosity, it can provide the strong oil film strength;

lWith the excellent anti-rust performance, it can provide the anti-rust effect for black metals about 30 days

lSafe and environmental-friendly, it does not contain any hazardous chemicals (including

Chloroalkanes C10-13) and can protect the users' health; 

Main Application:

It's widely used for shearing and machining operation of precise electronics, computer parts, stainless steel thin sheet,

socket and other thin plates. It has the excellent performance for the black metal thin sheets with the thickness of 1mm below.

Precautions:

l It shall be stored indoor. If store it in open air, the barrel shall be placed horizontally to avoid water invading or the marks on barrel being immersed.

l It's strictly prohibited to mix the product with foreign matters, otherwise it will lead to oil product getting bad or invalid.

l Do not mix it with other oil products to prevent the performance getting poor.
